Nori are thin, dried seaweed sheets. Nori sheets are used in many sushi dishes, for rice balls and as a topping or condiment for various noodle and other dishes.

Finely sliced raw food. It is well known around Japan as a popular food. Seafood is mostly eaten as Sashimi, but other meats (beef, horse and deer) can be eaten as Sashimi too.
Yakisoba
Yakisoba is a traditional Japanese dish Although 'soba' means buckwheat, suggesting noodles are made from flour in mainland Japan, yakisoba noodles are made from a wheat flour similar to 'ramen'. It is typically flavoured with a sweetened, thickened condiment similar to Oyster sauce.
